I am originally from Chile and have been passionate about trauma healing since a very young age. I lived under a dictatorship for the first 17 years of my life and experienced a tumultuous family life as well. Today, I am grateful for all the challenges I have been able to navigate and grow from; not only have they given me resiliency, but also compassion, wisdom, and a deep desire to support others in their trauma healing journey, regardless of their type or level of traumatization.
From as far back as I can remember, I wanted to support my family and friends in overcoming suffering, healing from their traumas, and recovering their capacities for love, joy, and aliveness. I withdrew from the hustle of graphic design in my mid-20s and decided to fully immerse myself in the study of the body, brain, consciousness, and the healing of trauma, which took me on a deep journey of self-discovery.
I first learned from ancient Eastern healing traditions like Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Buddhist meditation, and Reiki. After immigrating to the US in 2004, I transitioned to studying Western body-oriented modalities and practices for trauma healing, including Somatic Experiencing, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and Co-Regulating Touch. I progressively began integrating other supportive tools into my practice to aid healing in more complex cases, such as the Safe and Sound Protocol and Z-Health neuroscience-based principles.
I draw tools from my trainings in:
-
3 years training. Body-oriented approach to the healing of trauma and other stress disorders.
-
Three years of training. Manual therapy based on the principles of osteopathy that focuses on the body’s ability to heal itself using gentle touch to detect and release areas of tension, restriction, and trauma in the craniosacral system, allowing the body to restore its natural rhythms and self-regulate.
-
1 year training. Touch-based Somatic Practice developed by Kathy Kain that includes tactile skills, somatic awareness, and other touch-related skills in the context of working with the resolution of complex and developmental trauma.
-
On-going training since 2020. A 5-hour auditory intervention designed to reduce stress and auditory sensitivity while enhancing social engagement and resilience. Based on Dr. Porges’ Polyvagal Theory
-
This is Peter Levine’s 1-year masterclass immersion, divided into two parts, each 7 days long of training. The Eye of the Needle work is vital to complex cases related to near death, demanding the most dedicated and skilled practitioners of Somatic Experiencing.

Part of a 9-year somatic coaching training. A subtle, respectful method utilizing body language, stories, metaphors, and other hypnotic techniques to improve client outcomes. Hypnosis has shown to be an effective way to self-direct the mind to relaxed and self-aware states.
-
Part of a 9 year somatic coaching training. Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is a psychological approach that involves analyzing and utilizing the connections between neurological processes, language, and behavioral patterns learned through experience to achieve specific goals and improve communication, personal development, and therapy outcomes.
-
1 year training divided into Level 1 and Level 2. A contemporary form of meditative self-inquiry that has been adapted from the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra into a 10-step framework that creates a state of non-sleep deep rest, or NSDR, which comprises a variety of practices that guide your brain and body into a state of deep relaxation without falling asleep completely.

I also draw wisdom and I am eternally grateful for my Latin, Eastern European, and Middle Eastern ancestral maternal and paternal lineages and from my homeland of Chile and South America, and its indigenous deep influential traditions. All of these roots have given me a deep reverence for the mystical and sacredness of this living planet and a glimpse of the little that we know about the realm of shadows, unconsciousness, and the “beyond.”
My work with clients is much more effective when they are also seeing another practitioner who can treat their symptoms and specific needs, especially for MS, fibromyalgia, depression, post-stroke, and post-cancer treatment. I will refer a client to another practitioner or therapist if they currently do not have one and are experiencing any of these conditions or symptoms.
I currently live in Mendocino, Northern California, with my husband, two kids, niece, and pets. Alongside running a private practice in my home studio, I am actively involved in assisting at SE trainings and being part of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) committee at Somatic Experiencing International (SEI) and the Fort Bragg High School Ethnic Studies Curriculum Development Committee. I am also completing my third year of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy training.
I deeply value the courage and resilience it takes to embark on a journey of self-discovery and trauma healing. Believing that our bodies hold the key to healing, I feel honored to witness and support you and others in accessing your inner intelligence for connection and integration within yourselves, with others, and with the earth.
My approach is diverse and inclusive. I work with people across the world, of all colors, races, ethnicities, genders, abilities, ages, religions, and political opinions. During my lifetime, I have experienced deep complex issues such as war, immigration, being a Latin American in the USA, gender issues, and unjust systems of oppression. Most importantly, I recognize how all these experiences are directly connected to our transgenerational and collective trauma.
I am always grateful for the wisdom passed on to me by my ancestry, teachers, mentors, clients, peers, family, friends, and nature.
I offer solutions for all types of trauma, and I am passionate about healing, empowerment, resiliency, creativity, joy, and love.
